1. How do I make a purchase on this Site?

1st step: place an Order

To complete a purchase, you first place an order for Products available on our site. Then, this order has to accepted by us. We will contact you if any of the following applies to your order:

  1. You provide us with an incomplete or incorrect shipping address.
  2. We discover that there was an error on our site relating to the Products you ordered, for example as regards the price or description displayed, or if the Products you ordered are unfortunately out of stock or no longer available.
  3. The pricing for our delivery is set out by the courier, so it may not always be up to date on our website. If you are charged the wrong amount for delivery, we will contact you.

If we cannot accept your order, we will contact you by email or WhatsApp as soon as possible but in any case, no later than 3 days from the date of your order. If we cannot accept your order because the Products are no longer available, or because of an error in the price and/or other information on our site, we will refund you any money you may have already been charged for such Products. All refunds will be made within 5 working days following their approval.


2nd step: we confirm receipt of the order

When you place the order through the Site you will receive an automated email confirming receipt of your order and an outline of the Products you’ve ordered. Please note the Order Receipt email is NOT already an acceptance of your order. We will process your order and let you know when it will be delivered within 3 days of your purchase.

3rd step: we confirm that Products have been shipped

When your delivery has been booked, an automated email will be sent to you confirming that your order is “completed”, meaning it is on its way. The courier delivering your items should send alerts regarding your delivery. If there are any issues with delivery, you can contact us.  

If your order is lost in delivery, through no fault of our own, it is necessary to wait at least 15 days for the parcel to be located and returned to us or finally delivered to you. Once this period has ended, if the parcel still hasn’t arrived, EF Exclusive Foods will be responsible for sending your order out again. Refrigerated deliveries, which are sent using Next Day Delivery, that take 4 days or longer to arrive due to delays with delivery, will also be re-sent to you.

You can track shipment of your Products through the courier’s website (for example, DHL- our main courier- amongst others).

2. Where do you deliver?

We only deliver in: United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) and Europe, subject to available delivery methods, which may be affected post-Brexit.

If we do not deliver to your country, it is likely that you will not be able to place an order as there won’t be any delivery options available. However, if the order still goes through, we will contact you if we are unable to deliver to your address.

3. Cancellation

Once we have contacted you to let you know which date your parcel will be sent out, you may still cancel your order. You must do so at least 48 hours before your assigned date.

We do not refund food which has been dispatched according to the client’s order. We accept claims for refund for damaged goods. Once a cancellation/refund has been approved, please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed.


4. How can I pay for the Products?

For purchases made on our site, we accept the following payment methods:

*BANK TRANSFER

This is the main form of payment used by our customers. Our bank details are included in your confirmation email so payment can be made. Once received, we can begin processing your order

* VISA
* MASTERCARD
* AMERICAN EXPRESS

* And many more debit and credit cards via SumUp payment gateway. If you choose to pay by card using this method, you will be liable to pay for the 3.00% transaction fee incurred through SumUp.

All credit and debit card transactions carried out on this site are processed by SumUp, a secure online gateway that will be responsible for the automated management of your payment data, in a secure environment.

5. Are my personal data collected and processed on this Site? Why? How?

By placing your order, you agree that we may store, process and use your personal data for the purposes of processing your order. We will process your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
